BSS Professional

English language courses - LCCI's programmes (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) for young professionals from Serbia and abroad aged 25-35 (no strict age limit).

FELSA - Foundation English Language Skills Assessment

Course overview: The course is aligned with the Common European Framework for Languages.

Course aim: This course is aimed for young professionals from 25 to 35 years of age. The age limit is not strict.

Teaching methods: On the spot language course, organised in small groups, with an average number of 5 participants (maximum 8 participants in a group). The lectures are given by using the newest techniques in language teaching, which include case analysis and authentic materials from the business areas of the participants. The course provides an excellent opportunity to improve on your vocabulary, as well as to advance in the productive language skills: writing and speaking. Common topics include: telephone conversations, presentations, e-mail and memo writing, bookings, travel, employment etc.

Course material: Oxford University Press, Macmillan.

Prerequisits for participation: Basic knowledge of English for lower levels. Participants are required to take a placement test before being offered a place on the course.

You will learn: You will have the opportunity to equally develop all the language skills, without a strong emphasis on grammar. We use the newest techniques in teaching languages in our classes, mostly through case studies and authentic materials, magazines and multimedia. The course provides an excellent opportunity to improve your vocabulary and productive language skills: writing and speaking.

Course activities: Dialogues, multimedia, video, case studies, final test.

Prospects upon course completion: This course guides participants towards the international examination series FELSA, awarded by LCCI.

Serbian and English language courses, Beginner to Upper Intermediate Level, for teenagers aged 12-18 (no strict age limit), with a special organisation for the Serbian Diaspora.

English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Greek, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Serbian courses from Beginners to Upper Intermediate Level, for students aged 18-28 (no strict age limit).
