In Belgrade Summer School we are aware of the importance of privacy, therefore we try not to break it. This page gives insight into the type of information we collect about the site viewers as well as about the ones asking for our services.

International Communication Fund and its project Belgrade Summer School collect information about their candidates through site, phone or form. ICF and BSS do not give information about the candidates to a third party.

Information collected about individuals, organisations and institutions Belgrade Summer School utilises solely to improve the BSS educational and social programme as well as a means of individualising its relationship with each BSS attendee. There is a set of compulsory information that BSS needs to gather due to operational purposes of the course itself and also a set of questionnaires that enable feedback from BSS candidates to be used as course success evaluation.

All information about potential course takers and those who attended Belgrade Summer School is archived and used for designing ALUMNI programme. Our intention is to provide the attendees with the possibility of communicating with each other even after having completed the courses and to improve information flow. The benefits are enjoyed by the attendees and our organisation.
